Trash Collection Welcome Letter & Terms
Marchand Environmental
Welcome and Thank You for joining the Marchand Environmental family!
Please take a moment to review a few details below regarding Residential Household Waste and Recycle Disposal.
Each customer is issued a Marchand Environmental (ME) heavy-duty trash and, if requested, a recycle toter with attached lid. The wheels and handles make it easier for any resident to move the toter to the end of driveway/curbside for pickup. These toters are the property of ME with a replacement value of one hundred dollars ($100).
Toters need to be curbside by 6am on your scheduled pickup day. If the toters are not by the curbside, our drivers are unable to pick them up. Unless other arrangements have been made with ME prior to your scheduled pick up day.
These toters are specifically designed for efficient pickup and emptying using the mechanical arms on our disposal service trucks. Items outside of toters are unable to be picked up.
